Guided walks of Wakefield city centre looking at some of the listed buildings and buildings of special historical and architectural interest. The walks will be led by
Society President Kevin Trickett who will explain some of the city’s history
The walks will depart from Wakefield Tourist Information Centre in the Bull Ring at 12.30 pm and will last approximately 3 hours.
The walk on Saturday afternoon will finish at the orangery on back lane where tea/coffee and biscuits will be served courtesy of beam.
