Diggerland offers the fantastic opportunity to experience driving and riding real JCB diggers and lots more with over 18 rides to enjoy.
Test your driving skills on the dumper trucks. Improve your hand and eye-co-ordination on the mini JCB challenges, save the ducks in the dippy ducks challenge, find the buried treasure and knock down the skittles, dig a giant hole on the giant dirt diggers, experience the ultimate adrenaline rush on spin dizzy and take in the fantastic views from sky shuttle 50ft in the air and more! If you fancy being driven rather than driving, then jump aboard the Diggerland train or super track.
In addition to the Diggerland rides and drives there are activities for children of all ages which include a digger sandpit, pedal power tractors, computer digger games and indoor ball pit.
Diggerland has a fantastic goodie store, snack wagons, picnic areas and a large indoor play area the diggers den. It is wheelchair accessible, with free parking for cars and coaches, toilets and has good links with local public transport.
Diggerland is the ideal venue for children's birthday parties, school visits, dumper racing, corporate events, and JCB racing
Diggerland is not just for kids! Diggerland also hosts corporate events. Great for team building, motivation and morale.
Diggerland also host many school visits, incorporating education in with the fun. Particularly useful research when studying for their science modules.

Pay on the day" admission prices for 2010:
Under 3's enter Diggerland free of charge
Anyone aged 3 to 65 pays £15.00 per person to enter Diggerland
Over 65's pay £7.50 to enter Diggerland
Disabled visitors pay the normal entry price as detailed above, but may bring in a helper/carer free of charge.
These prices include unlimited numbers of rides and drives on all the real building site diggers, dumpers and Construction machinery, all day (excludes coin-operated activities such as dodgems).

1 leader per 10 people admitted free of charge.
To obtain these rates, visits must be pre-booked and pre-paid for at least 2 weeks in advance.

Exit M62 at Junction 31. Take the A655 towards Castleford and Diggerland is located half a mile along the A655, immediately before the Jet Petrol Station.
By Public Transport:
Nearest train station: Castleford Railway Station
Nearest bus station: Castleford Bus Station
From Castleford railay station it is a short walk to the Bus station from where you can catch Arriva service MC2 (runs hourly but less frequently on Sundays) to Whitwood. Diggerland is about 1 mile from Castleford railway station and the bus station. Cyclists are welcome.
