The NCMME have a new display of photographs taken as the last shift finished at Kellingley Colliery and at the march through Knottingley to commemorate the closure.

The photographs were taken by freelance photographer Charlotte Graham.

You can see this powerful record of the end of deep coal mining in the United Kingdom in the main gallery at the museum until 31st October 2016.
