Cathedral Rhubarb Trail at Wakefield Cathedral
Children's Activity Event, Fri 17 Feb 2017
RHUBARB in the Cathedral? Can you find it?
On Friday 17 February join in a special rhubarb trail in Wakefield Cathedral. Make your way around the beautifully restored building, explore some of its key features and learn the meaning behind them while keeping your eyes peeled for the Cathedral's very own bundle of rhubarb.
While you're visiting the Cathedral, why don't you visit the Cathedral Kitchen in Treacy Hall and try one of their delicious rhubarb scones? They are also offering a special Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle inspired menu which includes meat pie and peas and rhubarb scones. The Cathedral Kitchen is open Friday and Saturday 9.30am till 2.30pm.
