Wakefield Council works in partnership with many organisations to encourage growth in the visitor economy for the Wakefield District.
We are members of Welcome to Yorkshire (WTY), the regional tourist board who are responsible for marketing the region nationally. We work closely with them to ensure our tourism offer is represented in regional activities and marketing campaigns.
