Fun Activities

Got some little historians at home? They'll love this event at Wakefield Museum, where they'll be invited to get up close and personal to objects in the museum's collection.

Join us to touch and handle a whole range of different, fascinating museum items. Feel the different textures and appreciate all the patterns and colours. Then, learn some useful skills for how to identify how old different objects from the past are and put your dating skills to the test by identifying the age of objects around the museum.

This drop-in activity session is free, and there is no need to book.
