We've got some great ideas to get you moving with our Exercise At Home feature - including some simple mobility tips you can do while sitting on the sofa, no gym kit required!

Aspire Health have also got some fantastic resources available to keep you active at home during these testing times, from a 6 week home bodyweight workout to live exercise classes being streamed over Facebook!

WF-I-Can

Being a teenager is more than blackheads and exams. It’s learning to be independent, making your own choices, finding out who you are and who you want to be.

For children and teenagers struggling with changes and lockdown check out WF-I-Can. WF-I-Can is a new website for 7-19 year olds offering a range of self-care tips. It has weekly challenges, interactive games, keep active videos and a drop-in and chat service.

It's important to regard this quarantined spell as an opportunity rather than a jail sentence. With restrictions in place on why and how often you can leave the house, many normal exercise sources aren't currently available.

Sun Lane Leisure Centre

All Aspire Leisure Centres are Covid-19 Secure and have been reopened, ready to welcome you back and allowing you to work out in confidence.

To allow for extra cleaning of the centres and to maintain correct social distancing, sessions must be booked in advance, which you can do by contacting any of the venues.
