We are conveniently located close to Bretton Country and Yorkshire Sculpture Parks, the National Coal Mining Museum, Holmfirth (for Last of the Summer Wine) and many other national attractions are only a short drive away. The local railway station has direct links to the Meadowhall shopping centre and the cities of Wakefield, Sheffield, Huddersfield and Barnsley.
Darton village has shops, restaurants, fast food outlets and a supermarket and is less than a mile away. For the energetic, there is a local fitness centre nearby as well as a beauty salon for massages and sun beds. Walking, golf and sailing are just some of the many activities to be found within a short drive. Why not pay a trip to the Indoor Ski slope nearby too.
Please note for the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted within the apartment of in any of the communal areas. Sorry, No Pets are allowed in the apartment or in any of the communal areas either.
The double bedroom with bedside lights, radio alarm clock with MP3 docking station and en,suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has full size single beds and touch sensitive bedside light. Both bedrooms have a double wardrobe with drawers and full length mirror and open views.

To make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible a welcome pack is provided. Or, for internet ordered shopping, we would take delivery on the day of your arrival giving you the home from home feeling after your journey (notification required).
The property has its own and visitor 'off road' car parking. All linen and towels etc, are provided and changed weekly - Please call to discuss, offers, welcome pack, etc. Normal changeover from 2.30pm onwards.

By Road: from M1 Junction 38 roundabout take the small road before the bus stop (from north first left. From south 4th exit) signposted Haigh onto Haigh lane. Under bridge to top of hill. At the crossroads turn right and travel along Woolley Edge lane. Woolley Grange is the first right turning approx 0.5 miles. The Grange Apartments is the first building on the right hand side.
By Public Transport:
Bus from: Barnsley to Darton, Woolley Colliery. Walk through the housing estate, The Grange is at the other end of the development.
Train to Darton railway station, turn left up Broomhouse Lane. Left onto Woolley Colliery Road. Turn left and continue through the development to the Grange.
