Wakefield City Centre,

Seaside in the City is back in Wakefield City Centre!

There's no need to drive all the way to the coast as the seaside is coming to Wakefield. Sit back in your deckchair, enjoy the sunshine and soak up the seaside atmosphere as you watch the children making sandcastles on the beach.

There's plenty to keep the whole family entertained, other activities include:

• Donkey Rides
• Imaginarium
• Seagulls Street performers
• Punch and Judy
• 2 themed stilt walkers
• Windmill and key ring workshops
• Face Painting
• Kids Swing boats
• Side stalls including hook a duck, coconut shooting gallery and ring toss
• Plus a small seaside themed market and hot food vendors

For more seaside fun, why not visit Castleford on Saturday 19th August for Seaside in Castleford, where you can enjoy the thrills and excitement of the seaside near you.
