Have you ever wondered what the ancient Romans ate? What kinds of food did they like? Were any of them similar to the things we eat today?

Find out the answers as you head back in time to Roman Castleford and delve into the sights and smells of a Roman kitchen!

Experience the pungent aroma of 'garrum' fish sauce, plant your own herbs to take home with you, and get up close with a real Roman amphora.

This drop-in activity session is free and there's no need to book.
